1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OxidRent's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on OxidRent's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Rental Terms

3.1 Eligibility

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Valid credit card for security deposit
• Clean driving record

3.2 Rental Period

Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking
• Security deposit may be required
• Additional charges for damages or violations
• Refund policy as per our cancellation terms

4. Vehicle Use

4.1 Permitted Use

Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with local traffic laws.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Off-road driving
• Commercial use without permission
• Smoking in the vehicle
• Transporting pets without prior approval

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available. Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before rental start time
• 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows

7. Limitation of Liability

OxidRent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
