Standard Vehicle Rental Agreement

This agreement is made between Oxidrent (the "Lessor") and the customer (the "Lessee") and outlines the terms and conditions for renting a vehicle. It includes the rental duration, applicable fees, usage guidelines, insurance coverage, and return conditions. The Lessee agrees to maintain the vehicle in good condition and return it on the agreed date. The agreement becomes effective upon submission of the required documents and payment of rental charges.
RENTAL TERMS:
1. Rental Period: The rental period begins when the vehicle is delivered to the Lessee and ends when the vehicle is returned to the Lessor.
2. Payment: All rental fees must be paid in advance before vehicle delivery.
3. Vehicle Condition: The Lessee must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
4. Insurance: Basic insurance coverage is included. Additional coverage options are available.
5. Usage Restrictions: The vehicle may only be used for personal transportation and not for commercial purposes.
6. Maintenance: The Lessee is responsible for routine maintenance such as fuel, oil, and tire pressure checks.
7. Return Policy: Vehicle must be returned on time to avoid additional charges.
8. Damage Policy: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the Lessee.
